Let me tell you, my recent experience with Shreve was an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning to others. I went in needing a watch resized, expecting at least decent service, but what I got was the complete opposite. There was absolutely no "A+ customer service" or "willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy the situation at hand" when it came to my simple request. The whole process left me incredibly frustrated and feeling completely disregarded. That's why I felt I had no choice but to leave this review and try to get some answers from customer service.
Customer: I am absolutely furious about how my watch resizing was handled yesterday. It was a complete disaster. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear that, ma'am. Can you please tell me more about what happened with the watch resizing? Customer: It wasn't just poor, it was insulting. The technician damaged the bracelet, and then I was told it was my fault for having a "difficult" watch. This is not "A+ customer service" at all! CS Rep: That sounds incredibly frustrating, and I sincerely apologize for the damage and the way you were treated. We definitely strive for excellence, and that experience is unacceptable. Customer: So what are you going to do about it? I'm left with a damaged watch and a terrible impression. CS Rep: We will absolutely address this. I'd like to arrange for you to bring the watch back in for a full assessment and complimentary repair, overseen directly by our senior technician. We'll also ensure you're compensated for your inconvenience.
